Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Clearo and tap the gear on Today to open Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
3. Tap Delete my account. If it's been a while since you signed in, you'll be asked to sign in again with Apple or Google first.

Deleting the app from your phone doesn't delete your account.

What gets deleted

• Your account, including your email address and name.
• Your profile: your answers from setup and your photo time.
• Your daily entries: every photo, the products you used and everything you tracked.
• Your routine and any products you added yourself.

This happens straight away and can't be undone. We can't recover anything afterwards. Your usage stats are deleted too, within a few weeks.

If you can't open the app

Email privacy@clearo-app.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll delete everything listed above and reply once it's done.

If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, your account's address is a private one ending in privaterelay.appleid.com. You can find it in your Apple Account settings, under Sign in with Apple. Put it in your email so we can find your account.
