Terms of use
Last updated November 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Clearo when you use the app. We've kept them short. By using Clearo, you agree to them.
Who can use Clearo
Clearo is for people aged 13 and over. If you're under 18, check with a parent or guardian before using it.
Not medical advice
Clearo is a diary for your skin. It doesn't diagnose, treat or prescribe anything, and nothing in it is medical advice. For decisions about your skin or treatment, talk to a doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist. The medical disclaimer has more.
Your content stays yours
Your photos, entries and everything else you add belong to you. We only store and use them to run the app for you, with the services the privacy policy names. We don't sell them or use them for ads.
Using Clearo fairly
Use Clearo for your own skin diary. Don't try to get into anyone else's account or our systems, interfere with how the service runs, or upload anything illegal or that you don't have the right to share.
If an account is used in these ways, we may suspend or close it.
Changes to Clearo
We're always working on Clearo, so features may change, and we may pause or stop the service. If we plan to shut it down, we'll let you know in the app first.
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change matters.
We work hard to keep Clearo running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, Clearo is provided as it is.
Deleting your account
You can stop using Clearo at any time. Delete account, in Settings, permanently removes your account and everything in it, including every photo, straight away. It can't be undone.
